Who Reviews Your IEP
Every IEP submitted to Check Your IEP is reviewed by an actively certified, state-licensed special education teacher with direct classroom and IEP team experience. This is a human review by someone who has written, attended, and advocated within the IEP process firsthand.
We keep our reviewer's identity private by design — to maintain professional boundaries and the integrity of this service. What we can tell you is that the person reading your child's IEP holds active state teaching certification in special education, has participated in hundreds of IEP meetings, and understands both the procedural expectations of the IEP process and the practical realities of how schools operate.
